Bidding Phase
- Assist in the selection of qualified bidders
- Prepare RFPs for prospective bidders
- Field all RFIs providing answers and/or obtaining them from the architect or owner
- Acquire bids and evaluate them for completeness and for matching scope
- Provide a bid comparison for owner review
- Investigate value engineering ideas to accomplish the goal through alternate means and methods saving time and money
- Recommend contract award based on bid evaluations
