Establish the construction schedule to ensure owner-related items are incorporated
Manage the construction schedule to ensure project is completed as contracted
Provide on-site supervision to ensure quality and adherence to construction documents
Chair regular construction meetings, take minutes, and assign action items
Coordinate owner supplied items / scope
Provide monthly reports to include progress photos, work completed, a look-ahead at next month, cost projections, and key decisions needed from owner
